Need Help Finding Co-pay Assistance?

If you have insurance but are having difficulty covering the cost of your prescription drug copay, Genentech Access Solutions can help match you to an independent, non-profit organization (INO) that may help you with your co-pay needs.

Genentech has made significant and ongoing donations to various INOs in support of co-pay assistance. Since 2005, Genentech has donated approximately $250 million to INOs that provide co-pay assistance. These INOs aggregate all donations received and make those funds available to assist patients with their co-pay for a particular disease. Because the INOs to which we refer you each have their own financial criteria, Genentech cannot guarantee you will receive their copay assistance.

However, Genentech Access Solutions can help you navigate through the process of seeking copay assistance by making an appropriate referral based on your disease state and by guiding you through the INO application process. Co-pay assistance may be available for patients who are privately or publicly insured, including Medicare and State Medicaid patients.
